Product &Fit
1. How do i know which size i am?
We provide a sizing guide for all apparel items to ensure you get the perfect fit. Be sure to check the size chart located on each product page before placing your order.
2. Why can’t I find items in my size?
We are doing our best to keep up with the demand, but always planning the next restock or drop with the goal to keep you all best dressed out on the pickleball court.
3. Do you offer custom or personalized items?
Yes! We offer customization options for some of our products, such as adding your name or image to certain items. Check the product description to see if customization is available, or contact us for more details.
4. How do I report an issue with my order?
If you have any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong product, damaged goods, or a printing error, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
Shipping
5. What is your shipping time?
To ensure the highest quality, your items are made to order. You can expect them to arrive at your doostep in 4 to 8 days.
6. Do you offer tracking for shipping?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Refunds & Returns
7. Do you offer refunds?
If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 14 days after arrival for a full refund.
8. How do I request a refund?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at hello@pickleballclub.store with your order number and photos of the product. Once we review your claim, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund.
9. Do you offer exchanges?
If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to replace, we will take care of the returns and the cost of shipping back to you, it will be 100% free of cost.
Customization
10. Can I see a proof of how the photo will look?
Unfortunately, we can’t provide a proof of your order because our designers have to personally set up your image. However, if there are any issues, we’ll send you an email requesting a new image!.
11. What makes a good photo?
A clearly focused, front facing head and shoulders shot is ideal. Good lighting also helps. Ideally no other objects or faces should encroach on the main subject's face. If you require something different to the normal head and shoulders shot, please specify in the notes. Likewise if you supply a photo with more than one person, please indicate whether the other person(s) should be included on the design.
