Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 14 days after arrival for a full refund. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). All Sale items are final sale and may not be returned.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product that you ordered for another one, please email hello@pickleballclub.store and our customer support team will be happy to help you with this process.
